Ensuring that the Client complies with the established uniform methodological principles of accounting, as defined by the applicable orders on accounting policy and organization of the Client's accounting, applicable accounting regulations (standards) and other documents of the Ministry of Finance and other governmental bodies, as well as the Law of Ukraine “On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine” dated 16.07.1999 (hereinafter - the “Accounting Law”);

Maintaining tax records in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of Ukraine and regulations of state tax and customs authorities

Preparation and submission of financial statements to the relevant authorities in due time

Preparation and submission of a value added tax return to the tax authority

Preparation and submission of a single tax payer's declaration to the tax authority

Preparation and submission of personal income tax and unified social tax reports to the tax authority

Control over the correctness of the Client's primary documents

Entering data into the Unified Register of Tax Invoices

Operational accounting on the basis of primary documents with entering data on them into accounting programs, ensuring control over the reflection of all business transactions in the accounts

Accounting of salaries, settlements, fixed assets, inventories, other assets, liabilities, equity, income and expenses Client

Organization and implementation of inventory, implementation of control actions for the safety of the Client's inventory

Ensuring the correct calculation and transfer of taxes, fees and mandatory payments to the budget

Assistance in drafting financial and business documents for the Client

Ensuring the safety of accounting documents at the Client's premises

Advising on the preparation of accounting documents and organization of accounting of the Client's officials

Monitoring changes in the current tax and financial legislation directly related to the Client's activities and informing the Client about them
